Older People's services and Individual Budgets This paper was commissioned by Judith Whittam, Individual Budget Pilot Advisor for the Care Services Improvement Partnership. The purpose of the paper is to identify and share ideas and examples of good practice currently being undertaken by the pilot sites working with older people’s services as part of their evaluation quota.
